Return policy

We want you to absolutely love your SLEEPER purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out—and that’s okay. Our customer care team is committed to helping you with a return or exchange of your order. Please keep in mind the following return fees:

  • For returns within the EU, there’s a standard return fee of €12 EUR.
  • For returns within the US, the standard return fee is $12 USD.
  • For other countries, the return fee will vary between $15-20 USD, depending on your location.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Sale items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. By choosing final sale items, you're also helping us reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing unnecessary shipping.

For our customers in the EU and UK, please remember that your legal right to cancellation under specific circumstances remains unaffected. If you have any questions, our SLEEPER Care Team is always here to help at care@the-sleeper.com.

Return policy for bundle orders promotion:

If you bought a bundle of items with a special discount and decide to return one of them, we'll adjust the refund to reflect the original price of the item you're returning, minus any discount. To get a full refund on a bundle, just return all the items in it. We're here to help with any returns or questions you might have, so don't hesitate to reach out to SLEEPER Care Team at care@the-sleeper.com.

Here are a few easy steps on how to exchange or return your item

To help us process your return or exchange smoothly, please ensure that your item is in its original condition, with no signs of wear, washing, or damage.

Remember to keep the paper tags attached in their original condition too, and make sure to initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.

For Returns within the EU:

Visit our EU Returns Portal to process your return, pack your order in its original SLEEPER packaging and send it back to us using the return label provided in returns portal.

Once we receive your original item, we'll quickly process your refund or exchange and you'll receive a notification as soon as it's done.

For Returns within the US:

Visit our Returns Portal to process your return, pack your order in its original SLEEPER packaging and send it back to us using the return label provided in returns portal.

Once we receive your original item, we'll quickly process your refund or exchange and you'll receive a notification as soon as it's done.

For International Returns:

  1. To process a return on your item, visit our International Returns Portal.
  2. Select the reason for your return and your preferred return option.
  3. Create your return label in the portal, pack your order in its original SLEEPER packaging and send it back to us using the return label provided.
  4. Your return will be processed promptly once received.

    Shipping fees, duties, taxes and VAT

    Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges, including shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT.

    If you'd like to return an order for which the customs duties and handling fees haven't been cleared, keep in mind that we will have to deduct them from your refund amount.

    Damaged / wrong item received

    If you happen to receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us a photo of the item, along with your order number, at care@the-sleeper.com. We will take care of everything and make sure you get an exchange item as quickly as possible.

    Accessories, socks & swimsuits

    Please note that hairbands, sleeping masks, socks and swimsuits are not returnable or exchangeable.
