Sleeper is looking for a Director of Sales to join our team. As the Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and maintaining mindful brand growth. You will act as an ambassador for Sleeper, developing and executing strategies for expansion, finding new opportunities, and working closely with the team to structure all internal processes.
Your Mission:
- Act as an ambassador for Sleeper: Represent the brand, nurture, and maintain B2B relationships.
- Develop and execute strategy for expansion: Grow revenue by identifying new opportunities and nurturing current relations.
- Manage and track progress: Oversee the wholesale team and agencies, maintaining transparent communication, setting targets and goals, and providing support.
- Ensure brand presentation: Maintain consistency with Sleeper standards and seek opportunities for incremental brand and business growth.
- Optimize business performance: Drive revenue and profitability on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Partner with Operations/Logistics and Planning teams: Determine inventory planning and forecasting, fulfillment requirements, and technology support.
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Marketing leadership: Develop product assortment strategies, refine products as needed, and plan marketing activation and launch strategies.
- Lead client appointments: Provide necessary selling tools, collate orders by deadlines, and handle order reviews and amendments.
- Monitor brand performance: Support customers to achieve healthy sell-through rates.
- Manage wholesale sales campaigns: Conduct and oversee the entire process.
What You Should Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in fashion retail, specifically in wholesale.
- Fluent in English.
- Energetic, open, and an excellent communicator.
- Motivated by challenges.
- Enthusiastic about fashion retail.
