As we expand our supply chain function, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee logistics and production processes, ensure timelines and quality standards are met, and maintain transparent communication with suppliers.

As we expand our supply chain function, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee logistics and production processes, ensure timelines and quality standards are met, and maintain transparent communication with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full operational cycle: from fabric delivery to warehouse to shipping the final product to the customer
- Plan and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics: carrier selection, route planning, timing, and cost control
- Monitor SLA performance with suppliers and logistics partners; act quickly when issues arise
- Track and improve key metrics: inventory turnover, average order fulfillment cycle, on-time delivery rate
- Handle risks: delays, damages, shortages, and unexpected challenges
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage international trade documents: invoices, compliance certificates, customs declarations
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in fashion, retail, production, or e-commerce
- Hands-on knowledge of procurement, logistics, and distribution processes
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- English level B1 or higher — for work-related emails and partner communication
- Comfortable communicating with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers
- Solid Excel skills; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
- Analytical mindset and a drive to improve processes and deliver results
